Anthony R. Catone

Wynantskill-Anthony (Tony) R. Catone 87, passed away on September 29, 2018 at Evergreen Commons Nursing Home.

Born on August 23, 1931 in Troy to the late James J Catone and Florence Pagano Catone. Tony was a truck driver for many years, he enjoyed talking about his days of operating his dump truck, taking care of his farm animals, visiting with his grandchildren and most especially attending stock car racing events with his family. Tony and his family appreciated the excellent care and kind friendships Evergreen Commons provided for the past 9 years.

He is survived by his daughter Donna Green of Schuylerville, his grandchildren Brandi Malewski and Gary Alikonis, his three great grandchildren, his siblings James Catone (Jean) of Wynantskill, Mary Ann (Merwyn) Rich of West Sand Lake, Frank Catone (Patricia) of Wynantskill, Jeanette Catone of West Sand Lake, and Michael Catone (Kathy Majers) of West Sand Lake. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
