Joseph Federico

Joseph Federico, 69, of Wynantskill, entered into eternal life on Sunday May 26, 2019, with his loving family by his side. Born in Castello d’Alife, Italy, he was the son of the late Francesco Federico and the late Anna (Fidanza) Federico and the beloved husband of 42 years of the late Anna Federico. Joseph lived in Castello d’Alife for 15 years before moving to New York. He leaves behind his three sons, Francesco, Vincenzo, and Giuseppe; daughter-in-laws, Marianne and Marilyn. He was a loving grandfather to Campbell, Giuseppe, Luciano, Anna, Gino, and soon to be baby girl in August. His siblings, the late Carmela Carrizzo, Antoinette Iodice, Victoria Cioffi, Vincenzo Federico, and Alice Crognale. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Joseph will be remembered for his love of family, playing cards, love of food, watching soccer, singing all of his favorite Italian songs, and his sense of humor. All will remember Joe for his kindness, selflessness, and generosity. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday May 29, 2019 at 10 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 175 Williams Road, Troy. Entombment will follow at St. Agnes Mausoleum in Menands.
