Cynthia J. (Bombard) Mullarkey

Cynthia J. Mullarkey, 74 passed away on February 12, 2025 at Samaritan Hospital after a long battle with a chronic illness.

Born in AuSable Forks, NY, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Charles Bombard and Valda Marie Douglas Bombard and the loving wife to Michael Mullarkey.

Cynthia was a lifelong employee at Albany Medical Center Hospital and took a lot of pride in her work.

In addition to her husband Michael, she is survived by her daughter Jessica (John) O’Brien, her grandchildren Courtney, Alyeesha and Brianna, her great grandchildren Vivienne and Makenna, her sister Christine Ero, and her step daughters Katlin and Megan.

In addition to her mother and father, she was predeceased by her son Robert Quinn, Jr., and her siblings Doris Hart, Rosemary Fournier, Carol Quigley, Bonita Winch, Marvin Bombard, Robert Bombard, Joseph Bombard and Ernest Bombard.

Cynthia enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and was a loving daughter, mother, wife, grandmother and great grandmother.

Family and friends are invited to a graveside service at 10:00 am on Saturday February 22, 2025 at Evergreen Cemetery, Wynantskill. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Cynthia may be made to the Community Hospice Foundation.
