Jason Thomas Cupp

Wynantskill-Jason T. Cupp 19, passed away on November 11, 2025 accidentally doing what he loved, working on his cars at his home.

Jason graduated Troy Community School and The Questar Heavy Equipment Program in 2024. This led him to work for CSX as a locomotive mechanic.

Jason is survived by his parents Thomas Cupp and Barbara Helinski Cupp, his sister Samantha Cupp, his grandparents Elvus and Carolyn Cupp and Michael and Regina Helinski, his aunts and uncles Paul (Jayne) Cupp, Debbie (Jeff) Adair, Stephen (Tricia) Cupp, Michael Helinski and Sue Ellen Wagner, also survived by his many cousins and friends. Jason was loved and cherished by everyone he met and knew.

Family and friends are invited and may call on Saturday November 15, 2025 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm with funeral mass at 12:00 pm all at the St. Jude The Apostle Church, 43 Brookside Avenue, Wynantskill.
