Our beautiful sunshine girl, Jerilyn A. Felock (Palumbo) passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021, after a brief illness.
Jerilyn was born December 5th, 1971 in Wynantskill, NY. She attended Troy High School.
She graduated in 1995 with a LPN degree and worked for Hospice two years. She then worked for Davis Vision for 20 years as a receptionist, or as she called it a "First Impression Specialist". Her warm smile and heart made her many friends while working for Davis Vision.
Jerilyn loved being outside with nature. Some of her favorite things besides her family were camping, fishing and touring with the Grateful Dead in her early years. She was a staple at the Greyfox Music Festival bringing her laugh, smile and her endless energy there for years. She was the ultimate Buffalo Bills fan and would never miss a game while all decked out in Bills attire. She loved her Irish heritage and hoped to get to Ireland one day to see her homeland.
Jerilyn is survived by her parents Christine Wells (Richard), David Felock and her husband Christopher Palumbo. Her dear children who she adored, Nicholas Ryan Buckley and Lilyana Shea Palumbo, her sister Amy Felock, her niece Alyx Jalyce, great nephews Christopher and Elliott (all residing is AZ). She also leaves behind the broken hearts of many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
There are simply too many people to list whose lives have been touched by Jerilyn's presence. We will miss her forever, as the world has lost one of the most beautiful people it has ever known. There simply will never be another person like her.
Family and friends are invited and may call from 4-6 PM on Friday September 10, 2021 at the Wynantskill Funeral Home. Services will immediately follow calling hours at 6 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family's GoFundMe page
