Kim Goldston

Kim Goldston, 65, passed away on June 14, 2024 at Albany Medical Center following an illness surrounded by his loving family. Kim was born and raised in Troy, NY by the late Ernest Sr. and Marion V. Goldston.

Kim was an avid fan of crime dramas, classic movies, and Motown music. He enjoyed listening to B.B. King and outdoor activities, including fishing during the summer months. He had several canine companions over the years who were very dear to him. Shirley has stayed behind, but Lucky and Ivanka are on a beautiful walk with him now. With his vibrant personality and a wonderful sense of humor, Kim had a knack for making friends easily and was always ready and willing to give anyone a helping hand.  

He is pre-deceased by his parents Ernest and Marion, and his brothers Dennis and Keith Goldston. He is survived by his daughters Brianna Goldston and Victoria Wells, and his siblings Ernest Goldston Jr., Anthony Goldston Sr., Michael Goldston, Sharon Goldston, Mark Goldston, and Patricia Bix; he was also grandfather to Eric, Izaiyah, and Honesty Waite.

He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him. They take comfort that he is reunited with his pre-deceased loved ones in Heaven.

Calling hours will be held at the Wynantskill Funeral Home on Friday from 4-6pm.
