Lawrence T. Dickinson

Wynantskill-Lawrence T. Dickinson, 68 died on Monday June 19, 2023 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Larry established L. Dickinson Construction in 1981 and proved his unrelentless work ethic through the countless projects he completed in the community. Since his wife Lorraine Cann Dickinson died in 2011, he carried on her legacy of owning The Towne Tavern, a staple restaurant in the community. Larry had an appreciation of fine wine and loved sharing a meal with friends and family.

He is survived by his mother Madeline Dickinson Patanian and father Edward Patanian, his children Iona (Phillip Jenkins) Dickinson of San Diego, Ca. and Donald (Shannon) Dickinson, his beloved girlfriend Michele Baratto, his siblings Richard (Pandora) Dickinson of Maine, William (Connie) Dickinson of South Carolina, Edward (Nancy) Patanian.  He was loving Pop Pop to his grandchildren Eliza and Salina Jenkins and Lily Dickinson, and beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Larry was predeceased by his father Donald, his siblings Deborah Knott, Donna (Timothy) Sager and Jeffrey Patanian.

Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
