Marilyn Rose (Ramroth) Meyer

Wynantskill-Marilyn R. Meyer, 92 passed away on November 17, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Troy, she was the daughter to the late Lawrence Ramroth and Rose Franchett Ramroth and the loving wife of 72 years to John “Bill” Meyer.

Marilyn worked for the Federal Government U.S.D.A. as a program assistant for over 30 years.

She is survived by her husband John “Bill”, her sons John (Kathy) Meyer, Jr. of Wynantskill and Lawrence (Judy) Meyer of Medina, her grandchildren Ann (Robert) Dunton, John (Kasey) Meyer III, Joseph Meyer and Elizabeth Meyer, her great grandchildren Robert Dunton, Roselie Dunton and Ella Dunton.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Helen Willson.

Family and friends are invited and may call on Wednesday November 22, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 am all at St. Jude the Apostle Church 43 Brookside Avenue, Wynantskill. Burial will follow at Saratoga National Cemetery.
