Troy-Rose A. Bonelli, 94 passed away with great faith on November 17, 2023 at the Eddy Village Green one day prior to her 95th birthday.
Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Rocco G. Cotrona and Mary Grace Centanni Cotrona, and the loving wife of the late Louis Bonelli.
Rose graduated from St. Peter’s Academy, Catholic Central High School and Troy Business College.
Rose worked as an accountant and bookkeeper for Nemith Motor Corp from 1947 to 1973, she later worked for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1974 until her retirement in 1991.
Rose was the mother of Louis A. Bonelli III and his wife Jean of Brunswick, she was the proud grandmother of Stephen and Alicia, Andrew and Lauren, Peter and Alexa, great grandmother of Olivia Rose and Marco. She was also survived by her beloved sister Grace Corina and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband Louis, she was predeceased by her brothers Frank and Louis Cotrona, and her brothers in law and sisters in law. She was a longtime communicant of Our Lady of Victory Church.

Family and friends are invited and may call on Tuesday November 21, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm followed by a funeral mass at 12:15 pm all at Our Lady of Victory Church 55 North Lake Avenue, Troy.
