Gaston, SC-Timothy Michael McGuirk, 60 passed away on October 7, 2023 at the Lexington Medical Center.
Born in Troy, he was the son to Monica Boulette McGuirk and the late William F. McGuirk, Sr.
Tim graduated from St. Joseph School and Troy High School. Tim was a homebuilder for many years in Gaston, SC.
Tim was an animal lover, he enjoyed motorcycles, bowling, wrestling and anything western.
He survived by his mother Monica McGuirk of Cohoes, his brother William F. McGuirk, Jr (Linda) of Clifton Park, his nephew and godson William C. McGuirk of Central Square, his great niece Sage E. McGuirk, and his faithful canine companion his chihuahua “Little Girl” and her 5 puppies.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by aunt Mary Margaret Boulette, his grandparents Frank and Deborah (Lloyd) McGuirk and Nelson and Margaret (Dessler) Boulette.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Wednesday October 25, 2023 at Holy Trinity Church 122 Vliet Blvd, Cohoes. Burial will follow at St. Jean’s Cemetery, Troy. Please visit www.wynantskillfh.com.
